Willi's Wine Bar Posters Opening in 1980, setting the scene for something a little "different", this convivial space has become part of the fabric of Parisian life. Behind an elegant 1930's facade, a long, polished oak bar offers the perfect setting in which to while away the afternoon with a glass of wine. The cozy rear dining room, with its high ceilings and original exposed oak beams, provides a perfect setting for the Willi's Wine Bar art collection to which a new image associated with wine is commissioned from a different artist each year. The first Willi's Wine bar poster, an original Cassandre dating from 1935, which had never been published, became available through the collaboration between Willi’s and the Musée de Publicité.
