Web Return Policy:
At Lido Gallery we work hard to provide you with quality products. In the event that the merchandise purchased from our site does not meet your satisfaction you may return it to us within 10 business days of receipt and receive a refund with the exception of edible items, special order items, custom framing, commissioned artwork and artwork featured in the Exhibition section of our website. These items are are non-refundable.

Please ship the item/s back to us via traceable means. Please be sure that items are also insured. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged merchandise. Refunds will be given for items received in excellent condition only. Please include a brief explanation for your return along with your phone number, fax, and e-mail address. Upon receipt of your merchandise, we will refund your order for returned items only. Initial shipping fees will not be refunded, and we will not be responsible for return shipping costs. Domestic Shipments:
We ship via reliable carriers such as UPS. We reserve the right to pick alternate shipping methods that will provide comparable delivery times. Items are carefully packaged and insured. Domestic shipments are delivered within 5-10 business days. Orders requiring faster service can be shipped via 3 day select, 2nd day, or overnight for an additional charge.

International Shipments:
We ship via the U.S. Postal Service. Items are carefully packaged and insured. Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Orders requiring faster service may be shipped via Global Express for an additional charge.
